1. About My Gym Body

My Gym Body is a fitness progress tracking application designed to help users record and review body progress through features such as progress photos, body measurements, weight tracking, physique comparisons, posing tools, contest preparation and coach check-ins.

My Gym Body is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or professional healthcare advice.

2. Accounts

Some features require a user account.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information
• keeping access to your account secure
• activities performed through your account
• maintaining access to the email address associated with your account

You should contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. My Gym Body Premium

My Gym Body is offered through a paid subscription.

Where offered, new eligible subscribers may receive a 5-day free trial.

The subscription price displayed by Google Play at the time of purchase is the price that applies to your subscription, subject to any applicable taxes, currency conversion or store pricing rules.

Subscription availability, pricing and trial eligibility may vary by country, account or platform.

4. Free Trial

If you start a 5-day free trial, you will receive access to My Gym Body Premium during the trial period.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at the price shown by Google Play when you subscribed.

Trial eligibility is determined by Google Play and may not be available to users who have previously used a trial or subscription offer.

5. Billing and Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are processed and managed through Google Play.

Unless cancelled, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period.

My Gym Body does not directly collect or store your payment-card details. Payment processing is handled by Google Play.

6. Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription through your Google Play account.

Cancelling prevents future renewal but generally does not immediately remove access for a period that has already been paid for.

Deleting the My Gym Body app or deleting your My Gym Body account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.

You are responsible for cancelling your subscription through Google Play if you no longer wish to be billed.

7. Refunds

Subscription purchases and refund requests are generally handled through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's applicable policies.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

8. Your Photos, Videos and Other Content

You retain ownership of photos, videos and other content that you create or upload through My Gym Body.

Where cloud features are offered, you authorize My Gym Body to store, process and transmit your content only as reasonably necessary to provide the features you choose to use.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload, store or share any content you provide through the app.

9. Progress Photos and Videos

My Gym Body may allow you to:

• capture and store progress photos
• record posing or fitness videos
• compare photos from different dates
• create custom photo or posing sets
• create transformation histories

You are responsible for choosing what content you capture, store and share.

10. Coach Packages and Sharing

My Gym Body may allow you to create Coach Packages containing information such as:

• progress photos
• measurements
• weight
• contest-prep information
• check-in details

You choose whether to create and share a Coach Package.

Once information is shared outside My Gym Body using your device's sharing functions, its handling may be controlled by the recipient or the third-party service you selected.

11. Contest Prep and Posing Tools

Contest-prep, posing and check-in features are provided as organizational and tracking tools.

They do not constitute professional coaching, medical advice, nutrition advice or competition advice.

You remain responsible for decisions concerning your health, training, nutrition and competition preparation.

12. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Exercise, dieting, bodybuilding and physique preparation can involve health risks.

My Gym Body does not assess whether any training, diet, weight-loss, weight-gain or contest-preparation activity is appropriate for you.

You should seek appropriate professional medical or health advice where necessary.

Do not disregard professional medical advice because of information recorded or displayed in My Gym Body.

13. Measurements and Calculations

Measurements, BMI values, body-fat information and other displayed metrics may be based on information entered by you or calculated from available data.

Such information is intended for progress tracking only and should not be considered a medical assessment.

14. Cloud Backup and Synchronization

Where cloud backup or synchronization is offered, My Gym Body will make reasonable efforts to store and synchronize supported data.

No online storage system can guarantee permanent or uninterrupted availability.

You should retain copies of important information or media where appropriate.

15. Acceptable Use

You must not use My Gym Body:

• for unlawful purposes
• to upload or share content you do not have the right to use
• to interfere with the operation or security of the service
• to attempt unauthorized access to another user's account or information
• to misuse, reverse engineer or disrupt services except where permitted by law

16. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, modify or discontinue features of My Gym Body over time.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, third-party services or circumstances outside our control.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device, operating system, country or store.

17. Third-Party Services

My Gym Body may rely on third-party services including Google Play, authentication providers, cloud services and other infrastructure providers.

Use of those services may also be subject to the relevant provider's terms and policies.

18. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your My Gym Body account and associated supported cloud data.

Deleting your My Gym Body account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.

19. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the My Gym Body Privacy Policy.

20. Intellectual Property

The My Gym Body name, logo, application design, software and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of My Gym Body or its intellectual property to you.

You receive a limited right to use the app for its intended personal use while you comply with these Terms.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, My Gym Body and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when My Gym Body, its services or legal requirements change.

The updated version will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date will be changed.

Your continued use of My Gym Body after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
