Help with My Gym Body
Get familiar with the main workflows, from your first photo set to a check-in you can share.
Getting started
Choose the type of progress you want to record. A Basic 3 Images set gives you front, side and back views to repeat over time.
Prepare your first photo setPhoto sets
My Gym Body supports Basic 3 Images, Physique Poses, Competition Poses and custom sets. Keep your chosen views consistent when taking later sets.
Explore structured captureComparisons
Compare compatible photo sets from different dates. Choose Side by Side, Split or Overlay, adjust alignment manually and use pinch zoom or fullscreen for detail.
If a comparison looks different than expected, check the pose, camera distance, framing and lighting in both photos.
Understand the three viewsMeasurements
Enter weight and body measurements manually. Review your dated history and charts, keeping your recording method and units consistent.
Explore measurement trackingCheck-ins and PDFs
Confirm your coach's requirements, prepare a structured check-in, review the PDF and use native phone sharing to send it.
Follow the check-in guidePosing video
Record posing sessions and return to your posing video history to review them. A consistent recording setup makes your sessions easier to review over time.
Keep the camera stable and leave enough space in the frame for the presentation you want to record.
